This colorful, portable trailer stocked with everything needed to host a block party in your neighborhood is available for FREE to any registered Neighborhood Association. Just add food, drinks, neighbors and fun!
Since the first year of use in 2021, the trailer has been available at no charge for neighborhood associations.
The block party trailer can be used in parking lots or parks (with proper permissions and permits) or other locations, even if a street is not blocked off. This allows our associations to choose convenient gathering spaces. A block party is an exciting opportunity for residents to get to know their neighbors, foster community pride and just have fun!
TRAILER RESERVATIONS
Reservations are available annually May 15th through October 15th, weather permitting.

Reservations must be placed at least two weeks in advance. Reservations for the block party trailer are on a first come, first served basis. In order to place a reservation, you must complete an application.
If you are planning a street party, you will also need to submit a block party request to the City of Oshkosh; there is no cost to do this; it is yet another benefit of being in a neighborhood association!
When you reserve the trailer, Oshkosh Healthy Neighborhoods can drop it off and pick it up if you do not have a resident who is able to do so.
On the application, residents can select desired times and locations for drop off and pick up.
