Oshkosh Healthy Neighborhoods, in accordance with an agreement with the City of Oshkosh, exists to further the overall goal of ONE Oshkosh (Our Neighborhoods Engage); to promote neighborhood development services including community and building engagement, social connectedness and property development/enhancement activities within Oshkosh.

Bent Woods is a volunteer neighborhood organization with a mission to improve the quality of life, maintain the safety of our neighborhood and enhance the spirit of our community.

We envision a community where all neighbors are connected and valued. We aim to instill pride in place and a commitment to developing a thriving neighborhood.

Promote open discussion of neighborhood issues, Pursue solutions and actions favored by members and Inform members of private initiatives and public policies significant to our organization.

The purpose of the Fox Chase Neighborhood Association is to improve the quality and safety of life for residents, promote their common interests in the neighborhood and enhance the spirit of community.

Green Acres is a safe, walkable, socially, and economically diverse neighborhood where the quality of life is rich for all ages. We have a common goal to build and foster relationships, connect neighbors, promote volunteerism, and promote activities within, and outside of, the boundaries of our community. All people are welcomed and valued and are encouraged to engage in open communication and to participate in community events.

The Historic 6th Ward is a walkable, socially, and economically diverse neighborhood. All residents (owners and tenants) including businesses and nonprofits are welcome, valued and encouraged to engage in discussing issues of concern and participate in meetings and events.

The Historic Fourth Ward Neighborhood Association’s mission is to bring neighborhood residents together to create a strong, respectful, diverse, and inclusive community, to address neighborhood concerns, and to improve the local quality of life.

The Historic Jackson Neighborhood Association strives to support civic engagement to develop a healthy and safe environment. It aims to enhance beauty and historic value, forge partnerships and build a spirit of pride in our neighborhood.

The purpose of the Menominee North Neighborhood Association is to improve the quality and maintain the safety of our neighborhood by encouraging engagement among residents.

Menominee South is a walkable, socially and economically diverse neighborhood where the quality of life is rich for all ages. All people are welcomed and valued, and are encouraged to engage in open and effective communication and to participate in community activities. The neighborhood treasures its ample public spaces, unique historical buildings, and abundant natural resources, and is committed to creating and sustaining a healthy and safe environment for all.

The purpose of the Middle Village Neighborhood Association (MVNA) is to gather and organize residents for community-building centered around issues relative to MVNA. The organization seeks to provide a unified voice in communication with local government and civic groups. We strive to respectfully collaborate and empower measurable neighborhood improvement in order to deliver a thriving area in which to live, play and work.

Midtown Neighborhood Association strives to strengthen our community, make our neighborhood a safer place to live, beautify our already beautiful neighborhood and acquire and maintain a green space for the community to enjoy.

Millers Bay Neighborhood Association is a group of neighbors dedicated to preserving uniqueness and creating a future by building relationships, improving the neighborhood and establishing an organized, unified voice regarding community interests.

NorthShore neighborhood will conduct activities that build social and helping relationships, enhance home values, provide a safe environment, preserve the beauty and history of our neighborhood, promote our neighborhood as a vibrant place to live and play, advocate for neighborhood interests with city leadership, service providers and other organizations.

Quarry Park Neighborhood Association is a friendly, midwestern, southside neighborhood with a genuine and wholesome quality of life. All people are welcomed and valued, creating a warm vibrant sense of community.

The River East Neighborhood is a safe attractive place characterized by unique affordable homes, friendly residents and a variety of cultural and recreational opportunities for our diverse population. Sacred Heart is friendly, clean and inviting, where neighbors aren’t just neighbors but friends. Where business and organizations are happy to help our neighborhood grow and succeed. We are located just south of the Fox River with a variety of different style homes. Our neighborhood is diverse in all demographics.

Sawyer Creek Neighborhood Association fosters a vibrant, walkable community characterized by social and economic diversity, enriching the quality of life for residents of all ages. By bringing neighbors together, the association builds upon existing assets and develops a collective voice to represent members’ desires. Residents enjoy the benefits of knowing one another, collaborating on local initiatives, and addressing issues and opportunities that contribute to the vibrancy of Oshkosh. In this inclusive environment, everyone is welcomed and valued, fostering open communication and active participation in community events.

The Stevens Park Neighborhood is an actively engaged community with residents who enjoy a peaceful, safe, and family-oriented environment. Residents take pleasure in views and access to Lake Winnebago and the Fox River and value their quality public facilities including schools, parks, attractive streetscapes and well-preserved historic architecture. The Stevens Park neighborhood is considered by all residents to be a welcoming, safe, caring, and fun place to live.

Woodland Park Neighborhood is to improve the quality of life of the residents within Woodland Park Neighborhood, promote their common interests in the neighborhood and enhance the spirit of community.
